  1. Intellectual property in the form of software for Condition-based maintenance that had been developed in close collaboration with MMO and Industrial Consortium and funded by them and by NSERC. The software development was a part of the CBM Project in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, University of Toronto. A. Jardine and myself were the Principal Investigators in the Project. Two of my published papers formed the theoretical basis for the Project and we share the intellectual property equally (Jardine 50% and Makis 50%).
